An annual festival that celebrates Minnesota’s cold, creative winters,
The Great Northern’s diverse programming also aims to highlight the threat of the world’s changing climate on the winter season it so dearly cherishes.
Perfectly fitting within this theme,
OUR COMMON HOME is the festival’s public art centerpiece. Its four LED monoliths are installed around Saint Paul’s Lowertown neighborhood. The installation is free, accessible, and open to all.
During the festival, Daniel Iregui, creative director and founder of Iregular, will visit Saint Paul for an
artist talk on January 28.
The exhibition is presented at Union Depot, CHS Field, and Mears Park.
